Over the years we have had the opportunity to relocated across the country and purchase a new home each time.  Given our relocation time constraints we always had to purchase a spec home.  As such, we had the opportunity to work with many different builders with widely varying experiences.  Ultimately, we wanted to build a home that met our family needs and would reflect our preferences.

When we decided to design and build our home, we were very excited and also very nervous about the process.  When family and friends learned we were building a home the first thing we heard was something like “building a home is such a hassle, nothing ever goes smoothly”.

Our experience could not have been more different.  Mere words are not enough to express our pleasure and satisfaction with building our home with Sharon, Bill, and Sean Kramp (United Homes).

Building a custom home is a truly unique experience with many decisions to be made along the way.  With the wrong builder, this could quickly become an overwhelming experience.  With United Homes we were able to build a home that was totally our own and enjoy the building process completely.  From day one, the Kramp family has been nothing but professional, kind, accommodating, and most importantly experienced.  Every trade that was brought in to work on our home reflected this.  They were true craftsman and took great pride in their finished product.

We often say that we could never build again with a different builder.  Our expectations would be so high that no one would ever be able to meet them!
